Despite COVID restrictions, it has been a busy year in projects. Three government school upgrades were completed: Underdale High School (pictured, photographer: David Sievers), Port Lincoln High and Seaford Secondary College.

It’s been satisfying to see these campuses transform to offer modernised learning environments, timed to coincide with the transition of Year 7 to high school by 2022. It’s also been rewarding to continue our good work in the regions, proving a pandemic is no barrier to pedagogical progress!

In a strange turn of events, we had two St Gabriel projects this year! The Nazareth St Gabriel Senior Centre was completed in just nine months, and was awarded a commendation in the recent LEA SA/NT awards.  Meanwhile, the transformation of St Gabriel’s School at Enfield is almost complete, providing new nature play spaces and more thoughtful connections between indoors and out.

Work has now commenced on site for the new 800-student Nazareth Catholic College campus at Kidman Park, as well as the new Art, Design and Technology facility at Cabra Dominican College. St Joseph’s Primary School at Pt Lincoln is also under construction as we move into our 70th year working with the school.
